Another day - another cake

Happy Birthday Little Son - 14 today :)

Another chocolatey cake was asked for - and for a change I thought I'd add 14 candles rather than the number shaped ones - never again - it took me ages to light those!

All quiet here now - he's gone to the cinema with Big Son to watch the latest Sherlock movie.

We now have a 3 week gap before the cake making starts again!!

Happy Birthday to not so little son! We are just about to start our birthday season too. I'm not really ready for it though. I hope the movie went well and he had a great day.

Happy Birthday! My oldest will be 14 in October (blimey!!) and I'm starting to run out of age-appropriate cake ideas - this one looks fantastic.
Hope he had a great birthday, we're like you and have a whole run of them!

Happy birthday to 14 year old! Hope he had a great day. My two are both from April - 4 days apart. We have barely finished eating the first cake when it's time for the second one!
