Happy Half Term

Good evening

Hurrah its half-term - a break from alarms, pack-ups and white shirt ironing :)

It needs to be celebrated and it was today with a cake - quite bright already but enhanced by Picnik;

Lots to do in the coming week - boys have appointments, work and plans with friends. I'm looking forward to friends coming this weekend and a day out with my oldest friend in Beccles next Thursday. Hoping to fit some sewing time in to - was hoping to have some things to share with you but they are not quite finished.

Have a great weekend people and those with children, enjoy your half-term break.

See you soon

I always think the opposite- oh no half term! A deviation from structure in our house hold is not good!

Have a lovely half term though and what better way to celebrate it than with cake.

The only thing I miss while home educating is the anticipation of half terms, summer hols etc.........small price to pay! Enjoy your half term break.

I love half term too! It means I get at least one day off work through the week to spend with the kids and on the days when I am at work I get in quicker and the traffic is lighter. Enjoy your week, I hope the weather picks up a bit its pouring down up here in Northumberland.

Now why would you want to go to Beccles for the day? Could it be that there are lots of Charity Shops? A wool shop? A fabric shop? A lovely little Art and Craft Gallery ? oh and so many lovely places for lunch? Have a good day!
